We offer an exciting opportunity for a person to fill the role of Maitre d’ in our highly acclaimed and award-winning Pescatore Restaurant.
It is essential that the successful candidate possess the following attributes:
• Proven restaurant experience, a minimum of 3 years, in a supervisory position
• A passion for food and knowledge of local and international wines
• A team leader with excellent communication and management skills and the ability to provide appropriate role-modeling and staff training
