Update 25 November 2019 Pescatore has been awarded two hats in the Cuisine Good Food Awards 2019. What a great way to finish a proud history of 30+ years catering to the gastronomes of Christchurch.
Update: 11 November 2019 The owners of The George have made the decision that Pescatore will close on 1 December 2019 so that a new signature restaurant will be developed, scheduled to open around the second quarter of 2020. Pescatore will continue to be the highly awarded and enjoyed fine dining restaurant until the last meal is served on the evening of 30 November.

In recognition of the restaurant’s name and legacy, the menu is predominately focused towards seafood. Pescatore does not offer a children’s menu. Please consider 50 Bistro if you would like a family-friendly dining option.
