There’s something undeniably nostalgic about Fish & Chip Friday. At The George, we’ve reimagined this end-of-week ritual with a sophisticated twist, creating the perfect way to ease into the weekend.
Our “Adult Happy Meal” features Executive Chef ’s signature beer-battered snapper sliders, served on soft slider buns with house-made herb tartare, delivering the perfect balance of crisp, golden fish and fresh herb flavours. Accompanied by a side of golden fries and paired with premium bubbles, it’s a grown-up take on a much-loved New Zealand tradition.
