Offers

The hotel is perfectly located opposite Hagley Park with beautiful views over the river. We are very appreciative that the hotel honoured our request for a room overlooking the park and internal garden, which was wonderfully peaceful. The rooms are very well planned with thoughtful amenities and the beds are some of the most comfortable we’ve experienced in any hotel. The dining experiences and concierge services are spot on. We really enjoyed our interactions with the staff who were warm and welcoming; and their customer service is exemplary.
