Cancellation Due to COVID-19
If you have made your booking directly with the hotel and need to cancel your accommodation reservation due to a change in the New Zealand Alert Levels due to COVID-19 there is no cancellation fee. If you have made your booking through an Online Travel Agent please contact your booking provider directly for assistance.
No Show Charges
These will apply as normal. To avoid this charge, please contact the hotel directly to amend/cancel your booking. In the event of a “no show” or late cancellation a charge of one night’s tariff will be applicable. Phone 0800 100 220

Check-in time is after 2:00 pm
Check-out time is before 11:00 am.
We are more than happy to store luggage should you arrive prior to or depart after these times.
